Product returns
Returns of products with charge of K.MANIOTIS-M.DIMOTSI O.E.
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store at the expense of K.MANIOTIS-M.DIMOTSI S.A. in the following cases:
1. 1. If through the fault of www.ygeiastore.gr sold incorrect products (by mistake in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer may either not accept to receive the product in the first place, or request its return. The products must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be that which normally accompanies the product and must be in perfect condition.
2. If through the fault of www.ygeiastore.gr products of poor quality were sold (destroyed in transit, defective product, etc.). In this case, the customer may either refuse to accept to receive the product in the first place, or request its return. The returned products must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be that which normally accompanies the product and must be in perfect condition. In addition, if the customer does not return the product then no new product will be sent and the customer will have to place a new order/purchase. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
In both of the above cases, the maximum return period may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns of products at the customer’s expense
The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, free of charge and without any obligation to communicate the reason why he/she wishes to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the cost of returning the products shall be charged. Returns will only be accepted if:

A toll-free telephone contact is made with the online store at 2231045150 within the above deadline.
The products that the customer wishes to return must be in the exact same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with. In case of return of the products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 30 days from the date that www.ygeiastore.gr receives the returned products. The refund can also be made by crediting the customer’s bank account, which will be communicated to www.ygeiastore.gr in time and in writing.
General:
In any case of return of products, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in perfect condition and all documents, which accompanied the product (e.g. Invoice Receipt Sheet, Retail Receipt, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.).
